KIM PETRAS IHEART Study Break
While I was a College Marketing Representative for In2une, and the VP of Communication for Aztec Music Group (the record label on campus), I produced and executed an iHeart sponsored ‘Study Break’ at SDSU with Kim Petras. This study break included a performance, Q&A, meet & greet, free food, and free merch to create a unique and intimate experience for 100 lucky fans.
For this event, I booked the venue, spearheaded the preparation, created the Eventbrite and ticketing system, executed the marketing, managed artist relations (greenroom/rider) and production (sound/lighting/load in/load out), oversaw the Aztec Music Group team, delegated day-of operations, and hosted the event.
